The law and tax firm Francesco Moschetti was founded in 1947 by Prof. Francesco Moschetti, already professor of Tax Law at the University of Padova. The firm consists of 15 employees that are responsible for each profile of tax law, criminal tax law, international tax law. The spirit of the legal firm is the one established by its founder: to follow the clients with a particular attention to the person, with the awareness that each situation presents its own peculiarities and also with the aim of ameliorating the relationships taxpayer – tax authority. An important part of the firm’ s activity is the tax advice, in particular addressed to societies, and the defence in every degree of the tax judgement. Also the defence in criminal-tax offences occupies a large part of the professionals activity. The firm counts on a wide range of international relationships with professionals from all over the world, with whom it can follow the clients for advices of international relevance.
With the aim of maintaining the relationships with clients, the firm regularly publishes Newsletters and recent judgements of tax interest on the website.
